You travel well
Traveltied will work its magic (usually takes about two weeks depending on trip complexity). You’ll receive:
- A presentation proposal to share with your group.
- A custom trip landing page where additional travelers can sign themselves up to join you.
- A detailed Client Guide, which will house everything from who Traveltied is to how to download your customer portal, approve invoices and view trip details.

That’s what we’re here for! If you have an idea for a group such as your bookclub, wine group, neighborhood friend group, etc.,please reach out. We will discuss your options and give you free resources to take to your group to gauge interest. We can do custom presentations if requested, but will need at least one research and planning fee before working on it.
What if I want to work with you but I don't have a group?
Yes! We especially love working with book clubs exploring literary destinations, women’s travel groups seeking authentic cultural experiences, and history enthusiasts ready to dive deep into European heritage.
Do you specialize in any particular types of groups?
That takes some information gathering. A big factor is seasonality. Are your travel dates flexible? If you need a list of questions to send to your group, we’re happy to help.
How do we pick a budget per person for our trip?
That’s up to each client. We’re happy to provide quotes for that service wrapped into your proposal.
Will you book our flights?
Typically $150-$200 per person depending on your trip’s complexity. For groups there will be a flat rate discussed and will be divided in a way that works for everyone. This must be paid before we begin in-depth research to protect our time.
What is your fee structure?
Do you work with solo travelers and couples?
Absolutely! Traveltied is more than small group travel. We do recommend no one go it alone for safety reasons, but everyone has their preferences, and we’re here to support your travel dreams!
Couples trips are amazing, whether in a small group of friends, or just the two of you. There’s so much freedom working with Traveltied, because your trip can be customized however you like.
